Instructions
Let cream cheese sit at room temp for 45 minutes to soften or microwave unwrapped cream cheese for 15 seconds.
With a stand mixer with the whisk attachment beat heavy cream for 2-3 minutes on high speed until stiff peaks form. A hand mixer can also be used.
Remove whipped cream from the bowl and with the paddle attachment beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Fold in whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Using a piping bag with an open star tip draw circles on a serving plate or cutting board to create the snowman shape. The cream cheese mixture can be layered if there is mixture left.
Build the snowman's face using 2 chocolate chips for the eyes, an orange slice for the nose, and mini chocolate chips for the mouth.
Add three red M&M's for the snowman's buttons. If not serving snowman dip right away do this step right before serving as the red candy can melt into the dip causing red streaks.
Cut out 3 pieces of red candy strips to create the scarf.
Create the snowman's hat out of blueberries.
Arrange the dipping ingredients around the snowman.
