This 3-ingredient Watermelon Whip is the ultimate frozen watermelon dessert for summer. It’s light, naturally sweet, and comes together in minutes—no ice cream maker needed!
1small seedless sweet watermeloncut into cubes and frozen
½cupplain Greek yogurtor vanilla for extra sweetness
2teaspoonshoneyadjust to taste
Instructions
Start by cutting a sweet, seedless watermelon into small cubes. Spread them out on a baking sheet and freeze until they’re solid—this is your base instead of ice!
In a blender, add about ½ cup of frozen watermelon chunks, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, and 2 teaspoons of honey. Blend until smooth. Then, gradually add more frozen watermelon and blend in batches. The mixture will get thick fast, so pause and stir if needed—or add a little more yogurt to keep things moving.
Once it reaches a soft-serve consistency, it’s ready! You can scoop it into bowls, cones, or even back into the hollowed-out watermelon shell for a fun, festive presentation.
Notes
Add Greek Yogurt, honey and a little bit of watermelon at a time to your blender. It will thicken very quickly. If your mixture gets too thick, stop the blender and stir it around or add additional yogurt. Pour into your watermelon (to be extra like me) and serve!
