Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Spray a two 12 count non-stick muffin pans with cooking spray.
Place sugar cookie dough in each muffin tin.
Bake according to the cookie packages instructions or until the edges of the cookies are a light golden brown.
Remove from the oven. While the cookies are still hot, with a shot glass press gently into the center of each cookie to create a cup shape.
Let cookies cool slightly, about 5 minutes, then gently remove them from the muffin tins. If cookies stick to the pan, use a butter knife to gently loosen the sides before removing them from the pan.
Let cookies cool completely, then fill each cup with green frosting using the star shaped piping tip that comes with the frosting.
Place three mini Cadbury eggs into the center of each cookie cup.
