Ingredients
Two 10 ounce containers of classic hummus
One 6 ounce can of large black olivesdrained
One 10 ounce package of cherry tomatoes
6asparagus spears
One 4.25 oz box of Nut Thins crackers
1red bell peppersliced
One 12 ounce bag of broccoli florets
12-15baby carrots
1cupof smokehouse almonds
2radish bunchesthinly sliced
1bunch of celerycut into thirds
8-10slicesof cucumber
One 12 ounce bag of cauliflower florets
Instructions
Ears: Arrange the Nut Thin crackers into the shape of two bunny ears on each side of the bunny's face. Add sliced red bell pepper pieces into the center of the crackers for a pop of color.
Broccoli Fluff: Fill the empty space between the bunny ears with broccoli florets, creating a fluffy texture.
Sides: Add cherry tomatoes and baby carrots below each of the bunny ears, creating a colorful border.
Almond Accents: Place smokehouse almonds below both the cherry tomatoes and baby carrots for a crunchy addition.
Radish Rows: Add thinly sliced radishes below the almonds on each side for a vibrant touch.
Olive Border: Below the radishes, add black olives to each side, continuing the border.
Veggie Sides: Below the olives, add celery sticks to one side and sliced cucumber to the other, offering variety.
Cauliflower Fill: In the space between the celery and cucumber, add cauliflower florets to complete the tray.
Hummus Bunny Face: Place the round plate in the center of your cutting board, sheet pan, or platter. Spread the hummus evenly onto the plate, creating the bunny's face.
Facial Features: Decorate the bunny's face! Use a halved cherry tomato for the nose, two black olives for the eyes, asparagus spears for the whiskers, and sliced red bell pepper for the mouth.
