Slice the pineapple into rounds, approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, ensuring they are roughly the same thickness as the flower cookie cutter.
Use the 3-inch flower cookie cutter to cut flower shapes from the pineapple slices.
Use the 1-inch round cookie/biscuit cutter to remove the center from each pineapple flower.
Thread the skewers, alternating 2 blueberries and 1 green grape, until you have 6 blueberries and 2 green grapes on each skewer.
Place a red grape in the center of each pineapple flower. Then, carefully insert the end of a skewer through the pineapple flower and the red grape to secure them together.
Arrange the fruit flower skewers on a platter or in a flower vase for serving.

Notes
When you slice the pineapple, aim for the same thickness as your cookie cutter. Use ripe, firm fruit for the best flavor and appearance. These fruit flower skewers are best made close to serving time. That way, the fruit stays juicy and looks its best.
