Ingredients
2tablespoonsbutter
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1cupwalnuts
21ouncesbrierind removed
6slicesThe Rustik Oven Sourdough bread
1/4cuppomegranate seeds
Honeyto drizzle
Rosemaryfor garnish
Instructions
Slice 6 bread slices in half.
Toast bread in oven or toaster.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar in a saucepan on medium heat. Add walnuts, cook and stir for a few minutes until toasted and aromatic. Remove from heat and set aside.
Remove rinds from brie rounds and microwave in small bowl until melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
