Cupcakes continue to be one of the hottest dessert trends. I love the variety of recipes that are out there, but my favorites are the classics like these Bakery Style Vanilla Cupcakes from Sweetapolita. Inspired by the famous Magnolia Bakery, Rosie baked these cupcakes to celebrate National Vanilla Cupcake Day. She explains that the ingredients in this recipe, which include self-rising and all-purpose flour, are a “great combination for the classic cupcake.” After giving them a try, I have to agree! These cupcakes are absolutely delicious with an amazing vanilla flavor. This is a recipe I will definitely recommend!
