To make this copycat Cracker Barrel hashbrown casserole, first you’ll need to preheat your oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mix together the defrosted hashbrowns, chopped onions, minced garlic, melted butter, one cup of shredded cheese, sour cream, and a can of cream of chicken soup.
Bake the Casserole
Once everything has been mixed together, add the mixture to an oiled 9×13 pan and spread the mixture into an even layer.
