Holiday Entertaining

Hey girlfriends! The holiday season is officially here, and I am so excited for everything that comes with it! From decorating the house for each holiday, to the meals you can make for your friends and family, to the memories of everyone getting together, it is honestly the best time of year!! The holidays are in full swing over here, and I seem to be planning more entertaining.  I LOVE hosting dinners at our house because it means I get to have everybody together, but I’m learning to whip up amazing dishes, while still making time for everything else! If you’re a busy mom like me, sometimes it’s hard to make all of these big and fancy dishes for everyone. I’m all about making these holiday gatherings totally stress free!

Charcuterie Spread

One of my new favorites thing to do is put together a super easy charcuterie spread. I’m obsessed! Plus, you don’t need to be a 4-star chef to put together gourmet appetizers. You can literally put this together in minutes, and it’s such a good party appetizer! This is such a great way for every single guest to get exactly what they want to snack on!

Meat and Cheese Board

Every time I put one of these together, I always pick out a fun board as my base. I love to bring out the things that have been tucked away in the closet. It’s time to use them sister! Use a wooden board or even marble for an easy background. I always put different things on the board, but the basics always stay. Choose a few types of cheese like blue cheese, manchego, and brie to give everyone something they’ll love. Then, choose your meats like salami, prosciutto, and pancetta. You could even add ham and turkey for a few more kid-friendly options.
