As we’re only a few months away from National Cookie Day (December 4th, to be exact), I thought I would play around with some new cookie recipes early on. Inspired by sprinkles and confetti, I love the simplicity of these cookies! They’re absolutely perfect for birthday bashes, and did I mention, they’re so easy and taste amazing! If you’re looking for a chewy consistency in your cookie, these are not it. But if you like cookies that sort of crumble when you bite into them, these are real winners!

You have baking powder listed in the ingredient list twice. Is one supposed to be baking soda? I’m obsessed with all things sprinkles and want to make these.
