If you know me, you know how much I LOVE funfetti! I recently even asked Andy to go to a few different stores to find funfetti icing for my birthday. It is an absolute FAVORITE of mine! Anything with funfetti is amazing, so I wanted to try to incorporate it in some of my favorite desserts. I can’t get enough! Who’s with me? I seriously think funfetti goes great with everything. It’s totally a dessert game-changer to make a dessert that much more fun!

Funfetti Cheesecake Recipe
All you need for this recipe is one 9-inch store-bought graham cracker crust, one block of cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, pure vanilla extract, 2 eggs, and funfetti sprinkles of course!
How to Make Cheesecake
To make this super easy funfetti cheesecake recipe, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Using your mixer, mix cream cheese and sugar together until fully mixed, and then add the sour cream and vanilla and mix until combined. On low, mix in your eggs one at a time, and then stir in the sprinkles. Pour the filling into your graham cracker crust and bake your cheesecake for 35-40 minutes, or until set. Cool the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours to fully set, and then serve with whipped cream and even more sprinkles if desired!
