You only need four ingredients to make this no-bake cake:

• Ice Cream Sandwiches – the base of the cake!
• Cool Whip – freezes perfectly for that “frosting” layer
• Chocolate syrup – drizzle between the layers on top.
• Mini M&M’s – for crunch, color, sweetness, and all the fun! Let’s face it, M&M’s are like tastier sprinkles anyways! ;)

How to Make an Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

1. Layer the base: Unwrap 12 ice cream sandwiches and line them up in a single layer in a 9×13-inch pan. You might have to cut a couple to fit!
2. Add the good stuff: Spread half of the Cool Whip over the sandwiches, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with M&M’s.
3. Repeat: Add a second layer of the remaining 12 sandwiches, top with the rest of the Cool Whip, another drizzle of syrup, and more M&M’s.
4. Freeze: Pop the whole thing in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible!
