These Ghost Chocolate Milk Cups might be the cutest Halloween drink hack! 👻 A little marshmallow fluff on the inside of a clear cup creates the ghost, then all you have to do is add two little eyes and fill it with chocolate milk. They take just 15 minutes to make and are SO fun for Halloween parties or spooky movie nights!

I used chocolate milk for these, but you can get super creative with this drink. I’ve seen people make them with everything from coffee to strawberry milk, and I love that you can really make this idea your own.

Everything You Need to Make Ghost Chocolate Milk Cups
You only need 5 things to make these Ghost Chocolate Milk Cups! The best part is that you’re really just adding a marshmallow ghost to the inside of a clear cup and filling it with chocolate milk. SO easy! 👻
- Marshmallow fluff: This is what creates the little white ghosts inside the cups.
- Chocolate milk: The dark background makes those white ghosts really pop!
- Clear plastic cups: You need clear cups so you can see the ghosts.
- Black marker: For drawing the ghost eyes on the outside of the cups.
- Halloween straws: The cutest finishing touch!

GHOST MARSHMALLOW CHOCOLATE MILK CUPS
Equipment
- 8 clear plastic cups
- 8 Halloween straws
- 1 black marker
Ingredients
- 1 container marshmallow fluff
- 1 carton chocolate milk
Instructions
- Using the back of a spoon, smear marshmallow fluff on the inside of each clear plastic cup to create a ghost shape. Start with the tail and pull the spoon upward, then press down to create the ghost’s head before gently pulling the spoon away from the cup.
- With a black marker draw two ghost eyes on each ghost on the exterior of the cup.
- Add a straw to each cup and fill with chilled chocolate milk.
