Hello fall! This is such an amazing time of the year. Hands up if it’s your favorite too! As the weather gets cooler, it’s the perfect way to celebrate a new season. And with fall, it means the holidays are coming up too! But more importantly, it’s finally pumpkin spice season again! And I couldn’t be more excited. Are you just as OBSESSED with all things pumpkin spice as I am?! From pumpkin spice lattes, to pumpkin pie, and even pumpkin cookies and pumpkin creamer, it means fall and pumpkin spice are here to stay!

Pumpkin Pancakes

Whenever September comes around, everything gets made with pumpkin spice in it! Seriously, everyone gets in the mood for pumpkin everything, and it makes me so happy! If you know me, you know how much I LOVE pumpkin spice. And it was time to take that love for all things pumpkin to the next level! I’m so excited to share my recipe for easy pumpkin spice pancakes with you! These are SO good and they are the perfect fall breakfast idea for any morning. This recipe has honestly become one of my new favorites. Recently, I’ve been pairing these pancakes with a pumpkin spice latte, and it has become a breakfast dream!

 Pumpkin Pancakes Ingredients

Throwing together this recipe couldn’t be easier. And you only need a few ingredients from the pantry to pull it off! All you need for these delicious pancakes are pancake mix, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, canned pumpkin puree, vanilla, and milk. Plus, maple syrup, whipped cream, and pumpkin spice to top it all off!

How to Make Pumpkin Pancakes

First, start off by making the pancake batter. Mix together the pancake mix, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Then, add in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, and milk and whisk well until all ingredients are combined and smooth.

How to Cook Pancakes

Once your pancake batter is ready, it’s time to cook your pancakes! Cook the pancakes on medium heat in an oiled skillet. Tip: You know they’re ready to flip when a few bubbles start to form. ;) Once all of your pancakes are made and ready, it’s time to dress them up! Top them with syrup, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and they are ready to be served!

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. We are always so busy making memories and celebrating, it fills me with so much joy! One of my favorite parts about fall is everything being made with pumpkin spice. Seriously, all of my favorite recipes include pumpkin once it’s September! Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-3/4 cup milk

Toppings:

  • Maple syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Pumpkin spice

Instructions
