Whenever September comes around, I feel like everything suddenly needs to be made with pumpkin spice! Seriously, everyone gets in the mood for pumpkin everything, and it makes me so happy. If you know me, you know how much I LOVE pumpkin spice!

So it was time to take that love for all things pumpkin to the next level, and I’m so excited to share these easy pumpkin spice pancakes with you! They’re SO good and make the perfect fall breakfast for any morning.

What I love about this pumpkin pancake recipe is how easy it is to make. You get all those cozy pumpkin spice flavors in a breakfast that comes together without making things complicated. If you’re craving pumpkin everything this time of year, these pancakes are such a fun way to enjoy it for breakfast!

This recipe has honestly become one of my new favorites. Recently, I’ve been pairing these pancakes with a pumpkin spice latte, and it has become a breakfast dream! I mean, pumpkin pancakes AND a pumpkin spice latte together? Yes, please!

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

These easy pumpkin pancakes are made with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice for a cozy fall breakfast. Top them with maple syrup, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice for an extra special morning.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-3/4 cup milk

Toppings:

  • Maple syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Pumpkin spice

Instructions 

  • Start off by making the pancake batter. Mix together the pancake mix, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.

  • Add in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, and milk and whisk well until all ingredients are combined and smooth.

  • Cook the pancakes on medium heat in an oiled skillet. Tip: You know they’re ready to flip when a few bubbles start to form.

  • Once all of your pancakes are made, top them with syrup, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
