These easy 4-ingredient pumpkin cinnamon rolls turn refrigerated cinnamon rolls into adorable pumpkin-shaped treats with cinnamon sugar and pretzel stems. They’re perfect for a fun fall breakfast or brunch and are surprisingly easy to make!

These Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls are way easier to make than they look! 🎃

Okay, how cute are these pumpkin cinnamon rolls?! I was actually a little intimidated by them at first. But let me tell you, the ingredients are so simple!
It was actually hard to wrap my mind around how something this easy could end up looking so fancy!
And they really are SO easy to make. You don’t have to make cinnamon rolls from scratch, either!
The Pillsbury Grands refrigerated rolls make this so much easier. Just use kitchen twine to create the pumpkin shape, bake them, then add the icing, cinnamon sugar, and a little piece of pretzel for the stem… I used these cinnamon sugar pretzels, but you could totally use regular pretzels too!
One little tip: keep an eye on your pumpkin cinnamon rolls while they’re baking because they may need to be gently reshaped into pumpkins. It’s an easy extra step that helps keep that cute pumpkin shape as they bake.
The pretzel stems are such a fun finishing touch, too. They make the rolls instantly look like tiny pumpkins!
These would be so fun to display for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or just to celebrate autumn. If you’re looking for an easy fall breakfast or dessert that feels a little more special than regular cinnamon rolls, you have to try these! You might also love Pumpkin Magic Bars for another fun fall treat.
