These smores bars are such an easy way to get that classic graham cracker, chocolate, and toasted marshmallow combination at home. If you loved Starbucks’ s’mores bars, you’re going to LOVE this copycat version!

Why you’ll love these s’mores bars!💕

If you know me, you know how much I LOVE Starbucks. When Starbucks discontinued their s’mores bars, it was such a bummer, so I really wanted to recreate them at home. I was SO excited to figure out how to make them!
These smores bars have that classic s’mores combination I love with a buttery graham cracker crust, rich Hershey’s chocolate, and mini marshmallows toasted until they’re golden brown.
That toasted marshmallow on top with the melted chocolate and sweet graham cracker crust is SO good. You get that soft, gooey marshmallow, rich chocolate, and buttery graham cracker all together. It really feels like a s’more, just in bar form!😋
And the best part? You don’t need a campfire! You can make these right at home whenever you’re craving s’mores. I love that!
If you love s’mores, you also have to try my S’mores Cookies. They’re another fun way to turn those classic flavors into a homemade treat!
I LOVE that this recipe gives us a way to enjoy a Starbucks favorite at home. If you were sad when they discontinued the s’mores bars too, I had to share this with you! ❤️
How to Make This Copycat Starbucks S’mores Bars
Copycat Starbucks S’mores Bars

Ingredients
- 2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
- 8 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
- 4 Hershey’s chocolate bars, 4.4 ounce
- 1 package mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9×13 pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter.
- Place mixture in the bottom of the baking pan, and press down and firmly to make the crust.
- Lay Hershey’s bars on top of the graham cracker mixture. Place in oven for 3 minutes to slightly melt chocolate.
- Place marshmallows on top of the chocolate and broil in oven for a few minutes until marshmallows brown.
- Place in refrigerator or freezer until cooled. Once cooled, cut and serve.
Notes
- Watch the marshmallows closely under the broiler. They can go from golden brown to burnt quickly.
- Let the bars cool before cutting. This helps the chocolate and marshmallow layers set so the bars are easier to slice.
- Use a sharp knife for cleaner cuts. Wiping the knife between cuts can also help keep the layers looking neat.

When you say butter is that unsalted butter?
