Apple Cider Vanilla Ice Cream Floats are one of my all-time favorite dessert recipes! The name alone has you craving one right?? Oh, and did I mention how wildly easy these Apple Cider Float is to make?! We enjoyed these last weekend during our family “movie night”. We each made our own float to enjoy during the opening credits. I say only the credits because trust me! These delicious floats do not last that long! The Apple Cider floats are so easy to make, so easy to eat, and are a great treat for any time of year!

A glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is being topped with a pour of golden liquid, resembling a root beer float. Nearby are a spoon, a bottle, cinnamon sticks, and a container of ice cream on a striped cloth.

A glass with a frothy ice cream float garnished with a cinnamon stick and sprinkled with cinnamon. A tub of Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream, a jar of utensils, and a carafe are in the background on a wooden board.

Apple Cider Floats

Besides the incredible taste of these Apple Cider Floats, the easy assembly is the best part about them. You seriously only need two ingredients and you’re ready to roll! This is no joke, you can literally make this dessert in seconds! For this recipe, you’ll need a sparkling apple cider and vanilla ice cream. Marrying these two ingredients together makes it taste so “fancy”! To assemble everything together, you just need to scoop one serving of the vanilla ice cream and pour the sparkling cider over it. It looks and tastes so much more complicated, but I promise it is actually that easy! This float is the perfect summer refresher, but I would totally keep it on hand for any fall gatherings or events you plan on hosting.

Do any of you try to schedule in little treats for you and your family? Are any of your treats as dessert focused as our treats are? ;)
