The Creamiest Cheesecake Dip Ever (And Yes, I Kept Sneaking Bites)

A woman with long, wavy blonde hair and a bright smile stands in a kitchen, wearing a yellow floral dress. White subway tiles and white cabinets are visible in the background.

Oh my goodness… this cheesecake dip is SO good. I seriously could not stop eating it… not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.

I’m a total cheesecake fanatic, and I absolutely LOVE a good Cheesecake Dip. Whether it’s the classic Philadelphia no-bake cheesecake dip from the grocery store or a homemade cheesecake fruit dip (like this) made from scratch, I absolutely LOVE cheesecake!

It was Basically like Pringles…

Once you pop, you can’t stop! So I’ve already told myself the only way I get to make this recipe again is if I bring it to a party, because my self-control was lacking!

I mean, I kept walking through the kitchen, grabbing “just one more bite” with a pretzel or Biscoff cookie every single time.

Cookies are like the “Crust”

My favorite cookie of all to dip into this cheesecake dip is hands down, Biscoff cookies! The cookies almost taste like the graham cracker crust from a classic cheesecake recipe once you dip them into this creamy cheesecake filling.

The pretzels were surprisingly good too. If you’re not a huge sweet tooth person, definitely try this sweet-and-salty combo because it’s the best of both worlds!

It’s ALL About the Marshmallow Creme

One thing that makes this Cheesecake Dip Recipe different from others I’ve tried is using marshmallow creme. Some cheesecake dip recipes use mini marshmallows to make the dip fluffy, but I used marshmallow fluff instead, and it made this homemade Cheesecake Dip extra creamy, smooth, and delicious.

The fresh strawberries and blueberries also make this feel extra fresh and perfect for summer parties, Memorial Day Desserts, and Fourth of July Desserts.

Even the kids loved it!

When the kids came home from school, I could not wait for them to try my Cheesecake Dip recipe… and they absolutely loved it too! So it’s officially kid-approved!

Overall, it’s a perfect summer dessert. It’s one of those easy dessert dips that takes just minutes to make. Perfect for Memorial Day desserts, Fourth of July Desserts, and all your summer get-togethers.

If you decide to make it, I would LOVE to know what you think! As always, happy celebrating!

Such a Quick 5 Minute Patriotic Dessert

One of my favorite things about this Cheesecake Dip is how quickly it comes together.

No baking. No heating up the house with the oven on. No complicated prep. No waiting for anything to cool.

Those are honestly my favorite kinds of Summer Dessert Recipes.

Strawberries & Blueberries Make this Cheesecake Dip

The strawberries and blueberries work perfectly in this Fruit Dip because they add freshness and make the whole dessert feel extra summery.

The berry mixture reminds me so much of a Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Salad…  just creamier and even better!

Easy 4th of July Dessert Idea

If you need Easy 4th of July Desserts that don’t involve turning on the oven when it’s already hot outside, this is such a quick and easy dessert to make!

  • Perfect for make-ahead: It settles in the fridge and somehow tastes even better once everything comes together.
  • Works for all the summer parties: Memorial Day Desserts, Fourth of July Desserts, backyard BBQs, pool days, or honestly just random weeknights when you want something sweet in the fridge.
  • The marshmallow creme makes a huge difference: It gives the Cheesecake Dip that smooth, creamy texture that feels more homemade and less airy than other versions.
