4th of July Decoration Ideas

The end of June is just around the corner, and that means July will be here in no time! Celebrating the 4th of July with family and friends is always SO fun, especially as it feels like we’re really kicking off and celebrating summer! And while I love to throw a party and go all out on the decorations, a few simple home decor touches can even go a long way in getting you into the patriotic holiday spirit! Have you ever decorated a bookshelf in your office or living room for your favorite holiday? I’m thinking it might be a new holiday tradition in our house, and I’m so excited to share these ideas with you! Who’s with me?!

Red, White and Blue Decorations

If you know me, you know how I try to celebrate in little ways as well. Decorating the house is such an easy way to get everyone in the holiday spirit, and can be incorporated easily! Iโ€™m always looking for the best decorations that will not only fit the holiday, but will look good in any spot throughout the house. This year, most of my decorations have been from Adamโ€™s and Co. I absolutely LOVE their decorations and how well they all pair together! I am so grateful they have graced me with their products. I have become obsessed with them!

Patriotic Decorations

On the wall, I hung up the America Sign along with the Hanging Wooden Flag. These signs not only filled the wall perfectly, but they are SUPER cute and can be used after the holiday as well. Having decorations that can be used in multiple ways is so important! I put the rest of the decorations in the cubbies on the wall. I used 2 sets of the Wooden Stars to fill up the space, and I absolutely love how they look. The USA Sign is also the one I used for the kidsโ€™ 4th of July party. It is so easy to move around whenever you need it, and I love how the letters are separated so you can have them as far or as close as you want them! I also added a vase and put a flag in it to add a little spirit!

Patriotic Banner

I found some super fun patriotic paper straws from Amazon, and I love how they look in the white bucket! Itโ€™s such a simple decoration idea! To top it all off, I hung a super festive banner. Itโ€™s honestly the simplest additions that make the room so festive!

Patriotic Home Decor

I love getting together with family and making memories. But making memories begins at home! Being able to celebrate the everyday is so important, and thatโ€™s why I love being able to decorate. Some of my most amazing memories have been made at home, and I love being able to make the everyday special for the kids! A few patriotic pieces will for sure make your day and make everyone around you happy! What are your plans for the 4th of July? I canโ€™t wait to hear about how you’re decorating in simple ways in the comments below!
