Okay, I’ve literally been trying to get my hands on this brown butter pumpkin heavy whipping cream for WEEKS! Every single time I checked Target, it was sold out.

I cannot tell you how excited I was when they finally restocked it! I was SO excited to grab a bottle and see if all the TikTok hype was real. Spoiler alert: IT IS! 🎃

Those viral TikTok Cinnamon Rolls with Heavy Whipping Cream and I go way back! My video popped off, racking up millions of views on both TikTok and Instagram, and to this day, it’s one of the most popular and well-loved recipes on Best Friends for Frosting.

Fast forward and I even made a pumpkin version of them too!

As a matter of fact, when I wrote my cookbook, I tested my Cinnamon Rolls with Heavy Whipping Cream five different times to get them absolutely perfect!

These would be so fun to make for a fall brunch or dessert, Halloween morning, or even Thanksgiving breakfast. They feel extra special without requiring a ton of time in the kitchen, which is always a win!

How I Store Leftover Cinnamon Rolls

And can I tell you something?! I ate these cinnamon rolls three days in a row, and they were still delicious on day three! I stored the leftovers in my new baking dish (from Walmart) with an airtight lid, and they stayed soft and delicious.

Viral TikTok Cinnamon Rolls with Target Brown Butter Pumpkin Heavy Cream

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
    Cinnamon rolls, brown sugar, butter, pumpkin spice, and pumpkin creamer on an orange plaid tablecloth with mini pumpkins and fall leaves.
  • Arrange the cinnamon rolls in a 9×13 baking dish.

  • Pour the heavy cream evenly over the cinnamon rolls.

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Cover with foil.

  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Let cool for 20 minutes. Warm the packaged icing in the microwave for 15 seconds, then drizzle over the rolls and serve.

I used Pillsbury Baby Grand Cinnamon Rolls, but you can also use the Pillsbury Pumpkin Grand Cinnamon Rolls too!
