Last week I was on a local show called Sacramento & Company which is a News 10 Production. I talked about Best Friends For Frosting and demonstrated to viewers how to make one of my favorite desserts, Cheesecake Pops!  The segment lasted a little over 6 minutes and I was so nervous.  Truth be told, I really am this silly, bubbly and happy at all times.

I am thrilled that Sacramento & Company invited me to do this segment.   It was so much fun and I loved every minute of it!  But guess what?   The producer invited me back to do a Christmas Dessert segment which will air next month.  I can’t tell you what I will be featuring yet; however, I am sure I will be able to talk about it as it gets closer.  I am beyond excited!

I had a ball on Sacramento & Company.

Doing what I love most~  dessert crafting!

I tried to give the cheesecake pops a Christmas-feel with shiny red ribbon and elegant white sugar pearls.

WAIT… there is more!  They gave me permission to take photos of “behind the scenes” of Sacramento and Co.

Here I am getting ready for my set.  Eeek!  I was so nervous!

I just had to share some photos from behind the set!  Here is where I was supposed to stand.

Here is exactly where I was standing from the set.  Sacramento & Company and News 10 ABC are filmed inside the exact same studio.  Can you see the News Anchor’s desk directly across the way?

There are my cheesecake pop sticks hanging out in the corner.  Do you recognize the news anchor?  I was completely fascinated by the studio!

Thanks again Sacramento & Company, for having me as a guest!  It was truly a pleasure!

Happy baking, Melissa
