Celebrating Spring

Spring is finally here, and I’m loving it! It’s warmer outside, the sun is staying out longer, and we have been decorating the house for spring and Easter. There are so many creative ways to decorate your house for this season, and I always get excited because everything becomes light and bright in the house! I LOVE this season because of all the pastel colors. Walking into a room with pastel colors surely can lift your mood!!

From the pastel colors, to all of the fun we have doing egg hunts in the backyard, spring is definitely an amazing season. One of my favorite parts of any season or holiday is creating festive recipes! Making fun dinners and desserts for the family is always special to me, which is why I love this recipe! It not only includes one of my FAVORITE treats of the season, but it is so colorful!

Easter Treats

Since it’s becoming full Easter mode in the house, I knew I had to whip out my Peeps S’mores Dip recipe for the kids. Peeps are one of my all-time favorite sweet treats, so having them in any recipe is fun for me. Peeps have been an important part of Easter growing up, and it’s so great to be able to make them into a dessert for my family. Plus, I love dips because I can let the kids eat what they want, and it doesn’t make much of a mess!

Peeps S’mores Dip Ingredients

To make this festive Peeps S’mores Dip, you will need a bag of chocolate chips, Peeps, and graham crackers! This is a SUPER simple recipe that will leave your kids so happy. I usually have all of these ingredients in the house, so I make this dip a lot for the kids. They also love the colors and how the Peeps puff up when they get hot. So fun!

How to Make Peeps S’mores Dip

First, preheat the oven to 450. In a 10×6 baking dish, add 1 bag of chocolate chips. Layer the Peeps on top of the chocolate chips, and put your dish in the oven. Let the dip bake for 8-10 minutes, and take it out when the Peeps are slightly toasted. Let cool for a few minutes, and then serve with graham crackers!
