Easy Easter Dessert
If you’re on the lookout for a whimsical dessert that captures the joy of Easter, look no further than Bunny Butt Funfetti Cookie Dip. This playful cookie dip dessert combines the sweetness of Funfetti cake mix with the creaminess of cream cheese, resulting in a delicious Easter dessert that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. Let’s dive into the step-by-step instructions to create this easy Easter bunny butt Funfetti dip. I was inspired to make this recipe by the amazing Emily Enchanted and now that it’s become a family favorite recipe, I had to share it at Best Friends for Frosting.
Prepare the Funfetti Cake Mix
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spread the Funfetti cake mix evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to ensure it’s safe for consumption. Alternatively, you can microwave the cake mix in 30-second intervals, stirring until it reaches 160°F. Once baked, set it aside to cool.
Mix the Ingredients
Combine the cream cheese, sprinkles, white chocolate chips, sugar, and the cooled Funfetti cake mix in a large mixing bowl. Use a spatula or your hands to blend the funfetti dip ingredients until smooth and well incorporated. This step is where the magic happens as the vibrant colors and sweet flavors combine to create the perfect Funfetti dip.
Shape the Bunny Butt
Divide the funfetti dip mixture into one large ball, two medium-sized, and one small ball. Roll each ball in coconut flakes until completely coated, adding a delightful texture and hint of coconut flavor to the Funfetti dip. These balls will form the foundation of our adorable bunny butt.
Assemble the Bunny Butt
Shape your bunny butt Funfetti dip using the two medium-sized balls for the bunny’s feet and the small ball for its tail. Gently flatten and mold the feet, ensuring they resemble Easter bunny paws. To add an extra touch of cuteness, place the pink M&M’s on each foot to create toes, bringing our bunny butt to life. Cutest Easter dessert ever!
Serve and Enjoy
Refrigerate the Bunny Butt Funfetti Cookie Dip until you’re ready to serve the cutest Easter dessert ever! Arrange with graham crackers around the dip for dipping, and watch your guests delight in this whimsical Easter dessert. The combination of flavors and the adorable presentation will make this dessert a highlight of your Easter party.

I had fun making this for Easter. I used some nonpareils in place of the sprinkles that I had, but unfortunately, the colors melted into the mixture, and it turned a bluish-green. It tastes great, and my kids thought it was funny.
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback, Mia. Sometimes certain brands of sprinkles can distribute colors. Bummer that happened.
