4th of July Party

I cannot believe we are about to start July! How crazy is that?! With the kids out of school and the whole summer right in front of us, the 4th of July is the perfect way to kick off summer fun with a party! Things are a bit different this year, and we’re definitely not throwing as big of a party as normal, but I still wanted to find a way to get into the festive spirit! This might be one of the easiest table settings I’ve put together yet, and I’m so excited to share it with you!

4th of July Table Decorations

If you know me, you know how much I LOVE being able to decorate a table for parties! I love decorations that are versatile and can be used in many ways. Truly, even the simplest of decorations can make all the difference! This year, I ended up using this blue and white vase as a centerpiece, with a few American flags to top it off. Truth be told, I’ve had it displayed on my office bookshelf as 4th of July decor, but it seemed like the perfect fit to bring out for dinner! And remember those incredible balloons our friends at Hip + Hooray did for our Kids 4th of July Party? You better believe those served as the perfect backdrop!

4th of July Table Settings

To set the table, first you’ll need to get out your favorite tablecloth (I used my new favorite blue and white striped one!) Add a festive table runner and then place chargers at each place setting. I’ve had these ones on hand for so many parties, and I just love them! I added decorative white plates on top to bring this classic look together.

4th of July Party Food

To really get the party started, I put together some easy, fun desserts and snacks! First, I put together this super simple 4th of July Fruit Tray to kick things off. Later in the evening, it was time for cake! I can’t believe how easy this 4th of July Cake recipe is, using an angel food cake, cool whip, and fresh strawberries. It’s so light and refreshing and literally can be thrown together in no time!

Outdoor Patio Decorations

I had so much fun putting this tablescape together. And the best part is that it was ready in minutes! This has been the perfect excuse to spend more time in our backyard, especially now that it’s been redone. We used to rarely use it! But with a new outdoor table and chairs to match, it was definitely time! And to finish off the outdoor dining look, I added a fun blue and white striped rug to tie it all together. It was such a fun and relaxing evening!

4th of July Celebrations

Summer festivities are in full swing, and we are in celebration mode over here. Having super easy decoration ideas is always crucial, because that means I can spend less time worrying about setting up! Decorating makes such a difference in how we feel, and I love getting into the patriotic spirit! What decorations are you thinking of adding to your tablescape for 4th of July?
