Calling ALL Chocolate Lovers!

Are you looking for an easy Easter dessert idea that only takes minutes? Look no further than these Cadbury Crème Egg Brownies! Hands down, one of my favorite Easter desserts! This delightful treat combines brownies’ rich, chocolatey goodness with the nostalgic Cadbury eggs, making it the best Easter brownies ever!

Secret Tip for the Best Easter Brownies

I’ve tried these Easter brownies multiple ways – but my favorite version is when you freeze 5 Cadbury eggs for 2 hours to ensure they are firm for slicing.

Semi-Homemade Recipe Magic

We’re ALL about easy recipes if you haven’t noticed already. ;). Prepare your favorite brownie mix according to the package instructions. I used Betty Crocker’s Milk Chocolate Brownie mix, which required adding 2 tablespoons of water, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, and 2 eggs. Mix well until smooth.

Baking the brownies

Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake according to the package’s instructions.

where the magic happens

Remove the Cadbury crème eggs from the freezer and cut them in half. Five minutes before the brownies finish baking, take them out of the oven and gently place the frozen halves of the Cadbury crème eggs on top of the brownie batter.

Return the baking pan to the oven and bake for 5 minutes, allowing the Cadbury eggs to melt slightly and create a gooey center.

Cool, Slice and Enjoy!

Once baked, remove the Cadbury Crème Egg Brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes. Slice the brownies into squares, serve, and enjoy the decadent combination of chocolatey brownies and creamy Cadbury eggs.

Happy baking

These Cadbury Crème Egg Brownies are one of my favorite Easter dessert ideas ever, and they will be sure to impress your guests while being a quick and easy treat. Here’s to baking happy family recipes!
