I’m always looking for creative ways to make holidays more fun without spending too much time in the kitchen. This Halloween s’mores dip checks every box: quick, cute, and everyone always asks for the recipe!

Why We Love This Halloween Dip

This Halloween S’mores dip is made with chocolate chips, ghost Peeps, and graham crackers—simple ingredients you probably already have on hand or can easily grab during your next grocery run. What makes it extra fun is watching those little marshmallow ghosts puff up in the oven. It’s a total showstopper, and it smells amazing too!

Bonus: It bakes in one dish and there’s no campfire required. Perfect for parties, classrooms, or just a cozy night in.

How to Make Ghost S’mores Dip

This Halloween s’mores dip couldn’t be easier—or cuter! Start by grabbing a 9×13-inch baking dish and pouring in your chocolate chips. No need to be precise—just spread them evenly across the bottom.

Next, place your ghost Peeps right on top of the chocolate chips, covering the surface. Don’t worry if they’re touching—they’ll puff up and get perfectly golden once they hit the oven.

Bake the dip at 450°F for 5 to 7 minutes. Keep an eye on it! The Peeps will get just slightly toasted, and the chocolate will turn melty and delicious underneath.

Once it’s out of the oven, let it cool just slightly, then add faces to the Peeps using black decorating gel. Just three dots—two for eyes and one for the mouth—is all it takes to make them look extra spooky and fun!

Serve warm with graham crackers on the side for dipping, and you’ve got yourself a sweet, gooey Halloween dessert that’s always a hit with kids and grown-ups. Boo-tiful and delicious! 👻🍫

Tips

Use a clear or white baking dish so those colorful ghosts really pop! A 9×13 works great, but you can also split it into two smaller dishes if you want to serve it in different spots at your party.

Don’t walk away from the oven! The Peeps puff up fast—keep an eye on them around the 5-minute mark so they get golden on top without melting completely.

Add the ghost faces after baking. Use a tube of black decorating gel to dot on the eyes and mouth after the dip cools just slightly. If you do it too soon, the warm Peeps can melt the gel.

Serve immediately with graham crackers, pretzels, or even fresh fruit for dipping. This dip is best while it’s warm and gooey!

Make it your own! Can’t find ghost Peeps? Use pumpkins or monster shapes—just adjust the decorating as needed. You can even add sprinkles or crushed Halloween candy on top for extra flair.

How to Serve Peeps S’mores Dip

I love serving this right out of the oven with a big tray of graham crackers and other dippers. You can even set up a little s’mores station and let guests scoop their own servings into small bowls. It’s a great way to bring people together—and let’s be honest, everyone loves a dip that involves melted chocolate and marshmallows!
