Need a quick and easy recipe to pair with family dinner? These loaded tater tots on skewers put a fun twist on weeknight sides!

These Loaded Tots make the perfect snack!

Dinnertime can definitely get hectic sometimes, and I usually whip up something completely on the spot. And these loaded tater tot skewers might just be my new favorite! The kids also love having these as afternoon snacks, and honestly they’re too good to turn down!

Ingredients for Loaded Tater Tots

All you will need for these loaded tater tot skewers are tater tots, real bacon bits, cheese, green onions, ranch dressing (for dipping), and wooden skewers. That’s it!

How to make Loaded Tater Tot Skewers

To make the skewers, microwave the tater tots for 30 seconds to soften a bit. Then thread the tater tots on the skewers, and place the skewers on a baking pan with parchment paper. Sprinkle the skewers with cheese and bacon, then put it in the oven to bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. When they are finished cooking, sprinkle green onion on the skewers, and they are ready to be served! Use the ranch as a dip, and you’ll have the tastiest weeknight dinner side!

We love this Loaded Tots Recipe

My kids seriously love this tater tot skewer recipe! It has become one of their favorite dinner sides for the past month! I love that this recipe is super simple to make, and doesn’t involve many ingredients to make it delicious. Having an easy side makes sure I don’t spend too much time in the kitchen, since I’d rather be spending time with my kids! What meal do you think these skewers pair well with?
