If you’re anything like me, as soon as the leaves start to fall, it’s pumpkin spice everything time—and these easy pumpkin cinnamon rolls with heavy cream are the cozy breakfast treat you didn’t know you needed (but totally do).

We’re taking classic Pillsbury Grands! Pumpkin Spice Rolls and giving them a Fall makeover with a rich, buttery pumpkin-spiced glaze that’s totally drool-worthy. The best part? You only need a few pantry staples and about 10 minutes of prep. This is one of those set-it-and-forget-it bakes that comes out perfectly gooey, golden, and crowd-pleasing every single time.

Trust me—these are not your average homemade cinnamon rolls. They’re a Fall dessert spin-off of my viral TikTok Cinnamon Rolls that everyone raves about!

Why You’ll Love These Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

  • Semi-homemade but taste totally from scratch
  • Cozy, buttery, pumpkin spice vibes in every bite
  • Perfect for fall brunch, Thanksgiving morning, or honestly… a Tuesday
  • Just 6 ingredients and ready in under an hour!

Ingredients You’ll Need

Here’s what makes these cinnamon rolls extra special:

  • 2 packs of Pillsbury Grands! Pumpkin Spice Rolls – I love using the Grands version because they bake up extra fluffy and gooey.
  • Heavy whipping cream – This is the secret to making store-bought cinnamon rolls taste bakery-level soft and rich.
  • Melted unsalted butter – Brings that classic homemade flavor.
  • Brown sugar – For that deep, caramelized sweetness.
  • Cinnamon – Because you can never have too much!
  • (Optional but highly recommended: a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if you want to go full fall mode.)

How to Make the Best Gooey Cinnamon Rolls

Let’s talk about how ridiculously easy these pumpkin cinnamon rolls are to make. First things first—preheat your oven to 350°F so it’s ready to go.

Grab a 13×9 baking dish and place the Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls inside. (No need to separate them too much—they’ll puff up beautifully and stay soft and gooey.)

Hand placing a cinnamon roll into a white baking dish with other cinnamon rolls. The rolls are spiraled and uncooked, resting on a kitchen countertop with an orange cloth underneath.
A person pours creamy icing over freshly baked cinnamon rolls in a white rectangular dish. The dish is set on an orange cloth. A small pumpkin is visible in the background, suggesting an autumn setting.

Next, pour the heavy whipping cream all over the rolls. It might look like a lot, but trust me, this is what makes them extra rich and bakery-level delicious.

In a small bowl, stir together your melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until it’s nice and smooth. Then pour that sweet buttery goodness all over the top of the cinnamon rolls.

A person pours a cinnamon sugar mixture over uncooked cinnamon rolls in a white baking dish. The rolls have visible swirls and are topped with drizzles of white icing.

Cover the whole dish with foil and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the rolls are fully cooked and lightly golden on top. Your kitchen will smell amazing.

Once they’re out of the oven, let them cool for about 20 minutes—this helps everything set up just a bit before you drizzle on the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls.

And that’s it! Warm, gooey, fall-flavored cinnamon rolls with almost zero effort. These never last long at my house!

Tips

Don’t skip the heavy cream! It’s what gives these rolls their soft, gooey, almost custard-like texture.

Want even more pumpkin flavor? Add 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree and ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice to the butter mixture.

These reheat beautifully! Pop them in the microwave for 15–20 seconds and they taste fresh-baked all over again.

How to Serve These Cinnamon Rolls

These are so perfect for:

  • Weekend brunch
  • Fall potlucks
  • Holiday mornings (Halloween or Thanksgiving breakfast, anyone?)
  • After-school snacks with cider on the side

Pair them with a hot cup of coffee, pumpkin spice latte, or warm apple cider for the ultimate cozy morning.
