Ooey-Gooey S’mores Sliders

These dessert sliders are absolutely DELICIOUS! They have all those classic s’mores flavors we love—think warm, ooey-gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and a buttery, slightly crispy graham cracker crust on top. It’s like a mini dessert sandwich!

I am not one to break tradition, but these oven s’mores sliders are even better than traditional s’mores! Let’s just call them indoor s’mores!

S’mores sliders are easy to assemble. Five minutes of prep are all it takes, and your oven does the rest!

How to Make S’mores Sliders in the Oven

To easily make these s’mores sliders in the oven, first slice a 12-pack of King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halve on a baking sheet.

Then, top with 4 Hershey’s chocolate bars and 16 jumbo marshmallows, followed by the top halves of the rolls.

Finally, brush the tops with melted unsalted butter mixed with ground cinnamon, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, and put the s’mores in the oven, baking at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until melted. Get ready for one DELICIOUS dessert!

Such an Easy Summer Dessert

Oven S’mores Sliders are the perfect summer dessert idea for celebrating the last day of school, the 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, camping and bonfires, and even Fall!

The last time I made these, I literally folded a load of laundry while they baked in the oven. This mama of two was NOT tired because the prep was so easy!

We even had some leftovers, so I dropped a few S’mores sliders off at our neighbor Ray’s house for him and his caregiver. They absolutely loved it!
