4th of July Desserts
Who’s ready to celebrate this 4th of July?! If you know me, you know how much I love celebrating, especially during festive holidays!
That’s why the 4th of July is such a fun holiday for us. I love sharing great food and desserts with our friends and family, and this year I’m definitely bringing this light and fresh 4th of July Cake to the party!

Easy Dessert Recipes
This just might be my new favorite recipe, and it can be used for so many different holidays.
It’s so simple and takes no time at all! I love when you can use store-bought desserts and pair it with at home decorations to truly make them special.
That way, you can spend more time with your family instead of baking in the kitchen all day.

Easy Angel Food Cake Recipe
All you need for the recipe is a store-bought angel food cake, and you’re already halfway done with the dessert (or you could use a mix or make it from scratch, whatever you prefer)!
You’ll also need 2 containers of Cool Whip, 2 cups of strawberries, and 2 cups of blueberries!
This cake is SUPER easy to decorate, and you’ll have the most amazing dessert made in minutes!
Put your store-bought cake on a plate and spread the Cool Whip over it. Then, put strawberries and blueberries all over the layer of Cool Whip to decorate the cake however you’d like.
Once fully covered, your cake is ready to serve. It’s SO easy!

Strawberry Angel Food Cake
I have to remind myself that it’s okay to use store-bought items to make it easier. In the end, nobody is going to remember that you brought a semi-store-bought dessert.
They’re going to remember how delicious it was and the thought that went into it!
And speaking of EASY recipes, I have the most easiest dinner idea for 4th of July or Memorial Day! Don’t miss my easy American Flag Hot Dog Board. As well as my Patriotic Red, White & Blue Cheesecake Dip (Sooo good) & this American Flag Caprese Board too!
Alright friends… so tell me, what easy recipes are you adding to your 4th of July plans? I’d love to hear all about them in the comments below! Happy 4th of July!
