- Pre-made Chocolate Pudding Cups: You just need 4
- Oreo cookies, crushed: Crush 8 Oreos (for the perfect Oreo dirt pudding)
- Strawberries: Just 8 for dipping
- Orange Candy Melts: 1 cup for melting to dip your strawberries in

Yes, especially if you are making homemade pudding. Because the Oreo crumbs can become soggy if left on the pudding for too long, it’s best to assemble no more than 2 hours before serving. Add those strawberry “carrots” a couple of hours before as well.

Easter Carrot Dirt Cups
Ingredients
- 4 Pre-Made Pudding Cups, chocolate or vanilla
- 8 Oreos, crushed
- 8 Strawberries
- 1 cup Orange Candy Melts
Instructions
- Melt orange candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Dip strawberries into the melted candy and set on parchment paper to harden.
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and set aside.
- Open pudding cups and top with Oreo crumbs.
- Press dipped strawberries into the Oreo “dirt” of each pudding cup.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
