ONLY 4 Ingredients for Easter Bird’s Nest Cookies
The ingredients for these bird’s nest cookies are super easy to find at any store! All you’ll need is 1 cup chocolate chips, 2/3 cups mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, 1 (5-ounce) can of chow mein noodles, and 1 cup of Cadbury mini speckled eggs! Truly, that’s it for this easy Easter dessert!

How to Melt Chocolate in the Microwave:
To melt the chocolate for these Easter cookies in the microwave, simply pour the chocolate chips and peanut butter cups into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until all the chocolate is smooth and melted.
How to Make Easter Bird’s Nest Cookies:
Take your melted chocolate, mix the chow mein noodles in with the melted chocolate and stir gently to combine, ensuring all the noodles are coated. They taste so good together!
Finally, use a spoon to drop the chocolate-covered chow mein mixture onto a prepared baking sheet. Gently press down in the center with the back of the spoon to form a bird’s nest shape, and then add 2 or 3 Cadbury mini speckled eggs into the center of each nest.
Sneaking into your Easter basket and need a quick candy swap? You could even get creative and add jelly beans instead of the chocolate eggs for a colorful twist!
Let the bird’s nest cookies set until firm. Or heck, you can even speed this up by refrigerating them for about 10 minutes! Enjoy!
