It’s officially spooky season, and I am just so excited to celebrate! I feel like I’ve been waiting for this season all year, and it’s finally here! Do you love it just as much as I do?! I love everything about Halloween, from dressing up, to candy, and making cute snacks for the kids. I’ve even already set up all the Halloween decorations! There are bats, pumpkins, ghosts, and even cobwebs all over the house! October starts the season where we celebrate something pretty much every week, and I love every minute of it. I’ve been trying to create fun activities and snacks for the kids to get into the spirit, since Halloween is going to look a bit different this year. As always, we are creating new ideas and snacks all the time, and I’m so excited to share this quick and easy recipe idea with you!
Halloween Snacks for Kids
One of my favorite parts of Halloween is going to parties. Being able to dress up and get together is always so much fun! Even with Halloween being a little different, we are still going to have a mini party with the kids! If you guys know me, you know how much I LOVE celebrating the everyday, now more than ever. That’s why I try to plan something special for the kids throughout the week. Having a special treat here and there is one of the easiest ways to get into the spirit! Being able to make these special treats and memories is what it’s all about! They are not only SUPER easy to make, but only require three ingredients! It doesn’t get any better than that!

While I’m not the biggest fan of spiders usually, I just can’t get over how cute these are! I love mixing things up between cute and spooky, because Halloween snacks don’t always have to be scary! I love making festive snacks during this season, and I absolutely love this recipe. Plus, the easier the recipe the better lately since Claire has been wanting to help me out more and more in the kitchen. If you have a little helper like I do, this is such a perfect snack for them to assemble. All you have to do is the cutting, and let your kids do the fun assembly!
Ingredients for Halloween Spider Crackers
This is where the magic happens! For these super cute spiders, all you will need is your favorite crackers, whipped cream cheese, and black olives. This is honestly the perfect snack for any gathering, and I love how easy they are to assemble. These Halloween cream cheese cracker spiders are made in just minutes, and they are just so cute! Making a fun snack for Halloween is perfect instead of spooky and scary – even though those are fun to make too!
How to Make Halloween Spider Crackers
First, take a small scoop of whipped cream cheese and put it in the center of the cracker. Next, slice the olives in half to make the spider bodies. Place the olive halves on top of the cream cheese in the middle of the cracker. Then, thinly slice an olive, and cut each slice in half. These halves will be the legs for the spider! Place three of the slices on each side of the spiders’ bodies, and your spider will have legs! Now your Halloween appetizer spider snacks are ready to serve!

I am all about making festive treats for my friends and family. Each holiday I try to create snacks that will get people into the holiday spirit! I absolutely love these Halloween cream cheese cracker spiders because they are super cute and the kids loved them! Ingredients
- Crackers
- Whipped cream cheese
- Black olives
Instructions
- Place a small scoop of whipped cream cheese in the center of a cracker.
- Slice black olives in half to make the spider bodies, and place a single olive on top of the cream cheese.
- Thinly slice olives and then cut each slice in half for the legs.
- Place 3 legs on each side of the spider's body and serve.
