Ingredients for Taco Pizza Rolls
To make these easy taco pizza rolls, you’ll need 1/2 pound cooked taco meat, one can of refrigerated pizza crust, and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. For topping, you’ll need sour cream, salsa, and green onions! Just six ingredients for a quick, delicious meal? Yes!
How to Make Taco Pizza Rolls
To make these easy taco pizza rolls, start by preheating the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the pizza dough onto a cutting board. You can use a roller to thin it out a bit if needed! Next, sprinkle cooked taco meat over the dough, and then sprinkle cheese over the taco meat.
How to Form Taco Pizza Rolls
Roll the dough long ways, and make sure it’s tight. Then, make one-inch cuts down the roll. Place the cut rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Once they are finished cooking, you can top them with sour cream, salsa, and green onions or chives. Or, anything else you’d like!

Easy Taco Pizza Rolls
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cooked taco meat
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- sour cream (for topping)
- salsa (for topping)
- green onion or chives (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough and use a roller to thin it out.
- Sprinkle cooked taco meat over the dough, and then sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat.
- Roll the dough long ways, and make sure it's tight.
- Make 1-inch cuts down the roll, leaving you with 8 rolls.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Top finished taco pizza rolls with sour cream, salsa, and green onions or chives.
